“I have the privilege of being Executive Director of a non profit organization that works with children and young people who have been affected by homelessness. We all know on Oahu this is a pandemic in itself: homelessness and lack of housing.

Rick was able to serve on our advisory council from the beginning and helped our organization grow and he looks like it from a lens that is compassionate, passion, a lens of caring, and of “Why does this happen to our children?” If we are going to build a better Oahu, we have to focus on our young people, the women who are leading the charge to change the culture, to change the landscape of how we’re working with our most vulnerable.
